Wiper Blade Set Continental AquaCTRL 2 Set 12162

Description

Continental AquaCTRL 2 Set 12162 – wiper blade set featuring frameless design, lengths 530 mm & 480 mm.
The set of wipers 12162 offers uninterrupted, all-weather performance for both blades in rain, snow, and extreme heat.

The Continental 12162 wiper blade set integrates an advanced asymmetric deflector, engineered for steadfast performance in high-speed scenarios.
An asymmetric spoiler is strategically positioned to channel airflow into focused windshield grip while minimizing drag, applying extra pressure to the wind-facing edge so the blade hugs the glass during fast-paced drives. The result is reduced lift and chatter even in turbulent weather.
Perfect for performance-driven drivers, it boosts wipe efficiency for a smoother drive.

Frameless windshield wiper blade offers a streamlined flat spine, precision-engineered to maintain even line pressure across today’s sculpted windshields. A pre-curved spring-steel beam pairs with a premium silicone edge, producing a whisper-quiet glide. Its low-drag aero spoiler reduces drag, while smart-fit mounting heads suits 95% of vehicles for rapid installation. The frameless build shrugs off snow and ice, eliminates corrosion points, and hugs modern glass shapes for superior visibility. Drawbacks: higher upfront cost, refill inserts are non-serviceable, plastic adapters may embrittle in severe cold, and clamping force declines slightly on very flat windshields. Rinse with pH-neutral soap every three months and replace every 12–24 months (6–12 months in extreme climates). Go beam, drive clear – purchase today.
