Wiper Blade Set Continental AquaCTRL 2 Set 12842

Description

The Continental AquaCTRL 2 Set 12842 set of wipers includes blades of 650 / 450 mm and features a frameless assembly.
Engineered for all-season use, the set of wipers 12842 maintains optimal contact and crystal-clear cleaning across both blades in any climate.

The Continental 12842 wiper blade set integrates an advanced asymmetric deflector, built to provide superior visibility in all conditions.
An asymmetric spoiler is strategically positioned to channel airflow into focused windshield grip while reducing aerodynamic resistance, applying extra pressure to the wind-facing edge so the blade hugs the glass during gusty conditions. The result is reduced lift and chatter even in strong crosswinds.
Perfect for performance-driven drivers, it enhances stability for dependable performance.

Frameless replacement blade unleashes a modern tensioned beam, precision-engineered to maintain even line pressure across complex windshield curves. A pre-curved spring-steel beam pairs with a premium silicone edge, producing a crystal-clear pass. Its wind-cheating contour reduces drag, while tool-free quick-click mount suits most makes and models for rapid installation. The frameless build shrugs off snow and ice, eliminates corrosion points, and hugs modern glass shapes for superior visibility. Drawbacks: higher upfront cost, refill inserts are non-serviceable, plastic adapters may embrittle in severe cold, and clamping force declines slightly on very flat windshields. Rinse with pH-neutral soap every three months and replace every 12–24 months (6–12 months in extreme climates). Experience silent clarity – upgrade now.
