Wiper Blade Set Bosch Twin 405

This 550 + 550 mm Bosch Twin 405 wiper blade set is built with a frame design.
Intended for installation on vehicles featuring a compatible spray-nozzle setup.
From ice-laden roads to blistering summer afternoons, the 405 twin-blade wiper set keeps your windshield crystal-clear — and your drive safe.

This replacement blade showcases a durable alloy structure with flexible rocker arms, designed to ensure even pressure distribution on complex windshield shapes. The natural rubber wiping edge is firmly anchored in a U-channel, delivering a tight seal across the arc. Refill-compatible design and wide model coverage make it a reliable pick for everyday vehicles. It boasts a durable galvanized frame that resists corrosion and mechanical wear, a multi-pivot action that adapts to complex windshield curves and a simple rubber refill system that extends service life while reducing total cost of ownership. However, exposed hinges may freeze and clog with dirt during winter, at high speeds it can experience wind lift and increased noise, and natural rubber wears faster in sunlight whereas polymer composites command a higher price. Periodically clean and lubricate the hinges with a silicone spray every three to six months and replace the wiping edge every six to twelve months (or every four to six months in harsh climates). Perfect for mild weather, daily commuting and economical drivers, this blade ensures dependable performance, clear visibility and lasting value at an affordable price.
