Wiper Blade Set Continental AquaCTRL 2 Set 12462

Description

Continental AquaCTRL 2 Set 12462 – frameless wiper blade set, 700 + 450 mm for comprehensive coverage.
12462 – an year-round set of wipers delivering crystal-clear vision in downpours, sleet, and extreme temperatures for year-round reliability.

The Continental 12462 wiper blade set showcases an advanced asymmetric deflector, engineered for exceptional wipe quality in challenging environments.
An asymmetric spoiler is strategically positioned to channel airflow into optimal contact force while minimizing drag, applying extra pressure to the wind-facing edge so the blade hugs the glass during gusty conditions. The result is minimal noise and vibration even in turbulent weather.
Ideal for highway commuters, this spoiler enhances stability for dependable performance.

Frameless wiper blade unleashes a modern tensioned beam, precision-engineered to maintain even line pressure across today’s sculpted windshields. A pre-curved spring-steel beam pairs with a premium silicone edge, ensuring a whisper-quiet glide. Its wind-cheating contour reduces drag, while smart-fit mounting heads suits 95% of vehicles for rapid installation. The frameless build shrugs off snow and ice, eliminates corrosion points, and hugs modern glass shapes for superior visibility. Drawbacks: higher upfront cost, refill inserts are non-serviceable, plastic adapters may embrittle in severe cold, and clamping force declines slightly on very flat windshields. Rinse with pH-neutral soap every three months and replace every 12–24 months (6–12 months in extreme climates). Go beam, drive clear – get today.
