Description
This 450 mm wiper blade Continental AquaCTRL 2 Single 13042 is constructed with a frameless design.
Designed for year-round performance, the 13042 windshield wiper blade secures crystal-clear cleaning in any weather condition.
The cutting-edge Continental 13042 showcases an high-performance asymmetric fin, engineered for superior visibility in diverse weather.
An asymmetric spoiler is strategically positioned to channel airflow into enhanced blade pressure while minimizing drag, applying extra pressure to the wind-facing edge so the blade hugs the glass during rapid commutes. The result is reduced lift and chatter even in turbulent weather.
Perfect for performance-driven drivers, it boosts wipe efficiency for a smoother drive.
Frameless wiper blade delivers a streamlined flat spine, calibrated for constant glass contact across today’s sculpted windshields. A pre-curved spring-steel beam pairs with a premium silicone edge, ensuring a whisper-quiet glide. Its low-drag aero spoiler cuts lift at highway speed, while slide-in multi-adapter suits most makes and models for rapid installation. The frameless build shrugs off snow and ice, eliminates corrosion points, and hugs modern glass shapes for superior visibility. Drawbacks: higher upfront cost, refill inserts are non-serviceable, plastic adapters may embrittle in severe cold, and clamping force declines slightly on very flat windshields. Rinse with pH-neutral soap every three months and replace every 12–24 months (6–12 months in extreme climates). Go beam, drive clear – order today.
