This 550 / 550 mm set of wipers Trico ExactFit Flat EFK55553 is built with a frameless construction.
The wiper blade set EFK55553 offers uninterrupted, all-weather performance for both blades in rainy conditions, snowstorms, and extreme heat.
Frameless wiper blade delivers a modern tensioned beam, precision-engineered to maintain constant glass contact across today’s sculpted windshields. A resilient metal spine pairs with a premium silicone edge, ensuring a silent, streak-free sweep. Its wind-cheating contour reduces drag, while slide-in multi-adapter suits most makes and models for rapid installation. The frameless build shrugs off snow and ice, eliminates corrosion points, and hugs modern glass shapes for superior visibility. Drawbacks: higher upfront cost, refill inserts are non-serviceable, plastic adapters may embrittle in severe cold, and clamping force declines slightly on very flat windshields. Rinse with pH-neutral soap every three months and replace every 12–24 months (6–12 months in extreme climates). Go beam, drive clear – buy today.
