Wiper Blade Set Continental AquaCTRL 2 Set 12042

Description

Continental AquaCTRL 2 Set 12042 – frameless wiper blade set, 650 mm + 400 mm for smudge-free performance.
12042 provides long-lasting, year-round windshield cleaning, thanks to dual blades that effortlessly combat ice, snow, and heavy downpours.

The Continental 12042 set of wipers offers an advanced asymmetric deflector, built to provide exceptional wipe quality in challenging environments.
An asymmetric spoiler is strategically positioned to channel airflow into focused windshield grip while minimizing drag, applying extra pressure to the wind-facing edge so the blade hugs the glass during gusty conditions. The result is minimal noise and vibration even in turbulent weather.
Perfect for performance-driven drivers, it enhances stability for lasting clarity.

Frameless wiper blade unleashes a sleek beam profile, precision-engineered to maintain even line pressure across multi-radius glass. A resilient metal spine pairs with a advanced synthetic-rubber edge, producing a whisper-quiet glide. Its wind-cheating contour reduces drag, while tool-free quick-click mount suits most makes and models for rapid installation. The frameless build shrugs off snow and ice, eliminates corrosion points, and hugs modern glass shapes for superior visibility. Drawbacks: higher upfront cost, refill inserts are non-serviceable, plastic adapters may embrittle in severe cold, and clamping force declines slightly on very flat windshields. Rinse with pH-neutral soap every three months and replace every 12–24 months (6–12 months in extreme climates). Go beam, drive clear – shop today.
