Description
Built with a frameless construction, the Continental AquaCTRL 2 Single 13172 spans 700 mm to secure even windshield contact.
Engineered for all-season use, the 13172 wiper maintains perfect contact and smudge-free wiping in any climate.
The cutting-edge Continental 13172 showcases an asymmetric-style spoiler, optimized for steadfast performance in diverse weather.
An asymmetric spoiler is strategically positioned to channel airflow into targeted downforce while reducing aerodynamic resistance, applying extra pressure to the wind-facing edge so the blade hugs the glass during highway speeds. The result is reduced lift and chatter even in strong crosswinds.
Tailored for windy climates, it boosts wipe efficiency for lasting clarity.
Frameless wiper blade unleashes a streamlined flat spine, calibrated for pinpoint wiping accuracy across today’s sculpted windshields. A pre-curved spring-steel beam pairs with a premium silicone edge, producing a crystal-clear pass. Its low-drag aero spoiler reduces drag, while slide-in multi-adapter suits 95% of vehicles for rapid installation. The frameless build shrugs off snow and ice, eliminates corrosion points, and hugs modern glass shapes for superior visibility. Drawbacks: higher upfront cost, refill inserts are non-serviceable, plastic adapters may embrittle in severe cold, and clamping force declines slightly on very flat windshields. Rinse with pH-neutral soap every three months and replace every 12–24 months (6–12 months in extreme climates). Go beam, drive clear – get today.
